Pastor Leung holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. He is a passionate advocate for the small group church model, church growth, and discipleship within the context of modern Chinese churches. With over 40 years of full-time ministry experience—especially in small group development and fostering church growth—Pastor Leung is now devoted to equipping churches to thrive and to build congregations committed to passing the torch to the next generation.
